
Bigbasket Change Delivery Time Slot or Cancel Order
Change Delivery Slot:
- Go to your user name and you’ll see a drop-down.
- Click on Customer Service
- Click on Change Delivery Slot
- On your order click edit
- Select a new delivery slot time
Sometimes if your order contains frozen or perishable items, you’ll get this error message:
“Sorry, you cannot change slot for this order. You order contain F&V/Chilled/Frozen items (perishable items) that may get spoiled and hence requires reprocessing. Please reach out to our customer service team and plan this delivery”
You can also cancel your order and place a new one, if you do it immediately within 30 minutes of placing the order. After that you’ll be charged a 30 Rs cancellation fee.

You can cancel an order before the cut off time of your slot (1 pm for evening slots and 6 am for morning slots) by contacting our customer support team or you can also cancel your order from the Customer Service section on the bigbasket app.
Note: If you are a customer in Delhi, Kolkata, Chennai or Ahmedabad, we charge a cancellation fee of Rs. 30 if the order is cancelled after 30 minutes from the time of order. You can choose to reschedule the order for a different time and date subject to slot availability and skip cancellation charges. Rescheduling is possible only for slotted delivery. Express & Specialty store orders cannot be rescheduled.
For prepaid orders the cancellation fee will be deducted from the refund amount and for Cash On D orders the cancellation charges will be debited to your bigbasket wallet. In your next order it will be added as an additional charge.

- Select a reason
- You’ll face a 30 Rs cancellation fees. Click Yes.
